The Future Food Initiative informs about feasible, innovative changes in food production and consumption behavior.
Topics are backed by renowned scientific studies and reviewed by experts in the field.
As our mission is to widen horizons and generate new ideas, we can organize a Future Food speaker to visit your organization, faculty or department.
The talks can cover all topics featured on the Future Food website, such as:
- the current status quo of vegetarian meat
- non-dairy milk drinks
- egg alternatives
- in vitro meat research overview
- global issues related to meat production or livestock:
- global environmental issues
- animal welfare and animal rights
- world hunger
- human health issues
This can be followed up by a discussion with the audience.
We also recommend a discussion about the criteria that need to be met for the innovative products presented on the Future Food website to be successful.
